GPRS

GPRS is a method for sending packet data over the GSM network – more
simply, internet over mobile phone. Allowing ‘permanent connection’ and
direct communications with servers on the internet it provides easy and
modest cost solution for telemetry and control applications. GPRS can also be
a performance flop if the application is not planned correctly – please talk to
us early in your product concept stage. Our experience with the lower levels
of internet protocol opens up more effective ways to use GPRS.
